MATERIAL: 1117 steel, carburized-hardened, zinc or cadmium plated. |

Step 1 Tighten nut against insert. Bolt should not extend beyond end of insert.

Step 2 Turn bolt head to thread insert into hole. Alignment is important while threading.

Step 3 Break nut loose while holding bolt.
|

Step 4 Back out bolt and nut.
