What are your hours?

Brown Machinery is open 8:00 am to 4:45 pm Monday thru Friday. We have Southwestern Bell Voice Mail when closed, so you can always leave a message – anytime. Normally, we are closed on all observed holidays.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express Corporate Cards.

How do you ship?

We normally ship U.P.S. – using their latest Worldship, with the manifest system. Also available are many truck lines – located here in St. Louis.

Can I order online?

You can order some items online. Go to the link "Catalogs and Links" at the top of our web site. There, several different manufacturer catalogs will be listed. Inside each one, you will be able to order online. We hope to eventually add all of our products, with online ordering capabilities, but for now, only some are listed.

What area do you service?

We service the area in and around the St. Louis area, within a 100 to 150 mile radius.

Do you offer leasing of machinery?

Yes. Please call the office to discuss various lease options.

Can someone come to my plant to discuss my needs?

We would be happy to visit your plant or shop if you are in our area. Just give us a call, and we'll schedule a visit.
